Wow ... A Christmas Carol is an absolutely beautiful book, and it has even more detail than shown in the video above.
Using an old classic from more than 150 years ago, Chuck Fischer has brought the story of "A Christmas Carol" to life with his dramatic paintings. I love the detail of the pop-ups, and the full story of Ebenezer Scrooge, the Christmas ghosts, Tiny Tim, and the Cratchit family is also included. The story is split into a five separate keepsake booklets, with one booklet tucked into a pocket on each of the pop-up pages.
I especially enjoyed reading about the life of Charles Dickens, as well as the history of numerous productions that have been created over the many years. It is no wonder that A Christmas Carol is a favourite family tradition for so many people. This pop-up book will definitely become a new tradition for our family, and I can just imagine sitting next to the Christmas tree sharing this book with my children and grandchildren.
All ages will love this book, and I highly recommend it!
