Back pain is such a common ailment, and most people just resign themselves to live with the problem. This latest collection from Chicken Soup for the Soul includes a variety of stories from people who have experienced back injuries and flare-ups, and they have found great ways to cope in spite of the pain.

I especially enjoyed the medical tips and exercises included in this book. My husband frequently suffers from back pain, and I plan to implement some of these great suggestions the next time he complains of having a sore back. I might not get him to read the book, but I have jotted down notes for my own reference.

If you or someone you know suffers with back pain, you may want to consider picking up a copy of this little book, it is a great resource that has earned a permanent place in my library.

  1. My husband has also been experiencing severe back pain, Janet. He has been under chiropractic care for weeks now, and I have to say, the relief was incredibly fast. He can move comfortably now without complaining that his back hurts. The results were just awesome. If your husband is still feeling a little pain in his back, you might want to add the chiropractic treatment in your notes. :D It’s incredibly effective. 

The stories are incredible, and I believe it can definitely help those who have the same problems as well. The best thing about this book is that it not only helps a single person, but it can also lend a hand to your family even your friends.
